You will need to click on
"My Aol" 
Next:
"Preferences"
Next
"WWW" Icon
Next you will see a sub heading called "Temporary Internet Files"
Click on "Delete Files"

To Purge Cache on Aol 3.0 
Click on Members
Next:
"Preferences"
Next:
"WWW"
Next:
"Advanced Tab"

"Purge Cache"

To Upgrade Internet Explorer
Goto to Keyword: 128 Browser 
Click "Accept"
Next you will see a Blue "Here" 
Click the blue "here"
Click "Accept"
Click "Download Now"
